สภาวการณ์ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพเศรษฐกิจ สังคม การเมืองและสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีมีผลต่อพฤติกรรม คนในรุ่นต่าง ๆ ความต่างระหว่างรุ่น ทั้งจุดแข็งและจุดอ่อนของคนในแต่ละรุ่น
รวมทั้งการเชื่อมร้อยความต่างระหว่างรุ่น ให้เป็นบทเรียนในการวางแผนพัฒนาอาชีพและการวางแผนชีวิต ตลอดจนสามารถพัฒนาทักษะการวางแผนเพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพของคนหนุ่มสานในอนาคต รวมไปถึงการดำรงตนให้เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี สามารถประเมินตนเอง สามารถวางแผนอาชีพและกำหนดเป้าหมายในชีวิต จัดการชีวิตของตนเอง แก้ไขปัญหาชีวิตอย่างสร้างสรรค์โดยยึดหลักเหตุผลและคุณธรรม
Changing of economy, social, political, environment, science and technology situation effect to human behavior in each generation. Strong points and weak points of generation differentiation. Bridging the gap among generation as a lesson to occupation development plan and self-future plan including to planning skill development for future occupation development and being a good example for young generation. Able to self-evaluate, plan future occupation and define target direction in their life. Life management, creatively solve problems in their everyday life and work life according to reasoning and moral principle.
